Cumpliendo sueños
Esta semana ha sido una gran semana, probablemente la semana con más anécdotas y retos cumplidos en lo que llevamos de viaje.
Para comenzar, queremos agradecer a Eva por su gran acogida y las cuatro noches pasadas en su casa. Gracias a ella y su gran empeño en ayudar pudimos trabajar con los blogs (temas de servidores y dominios). Vamos, cosas internas que no se ven pero que son absolutamente necesarias para que todos continuemos disfrutando de nuestra particular aventura. También nos ayudó en temas mecánicos llevándonos al «bike kitchen» que preside Rocco. Gracias a él conseguimos arreglar el eje trasero de Negrita, que tuvo los mismos problemas que la bici de Max (con la que la única solución encontrada fue deshacernos del carro), una pena no haberte conocido antes Rocco 😉 Otro honor fue poder disfrutar de tu bicicleta de 4 ruedas que va por las vías del tren. ¡Gracias!
Dejamos Milano bajo una cortina de agua. El plan era llegar a Arese para visitar el museo de Alfa Romeo donde pasamos dos noches en Castellaro, la primera vez que acampamos libremente en el mismo lugar dos veces.
Mencionar que el museo de Alfa Romeo es muy recomendable y nos trataron muy bien vigilando las bicicletas. Es una buena forma de aprender de su historia y pudimos disfrutar de la experiencia de tener algunas de sus joyas a la vista, a pesar que no estuviesen todos los modelos más destacados. ¡Una gran experiencia!
Salimos del bucle Areseano en el que nos habíamos metido y pedaleamos dirección Monza. Teníamos muy claro que esta semana iba a ser de pocos kilómetros, pero no podíamos faltar a nuestra visita obligatoria a uno de los circuitos más mitológicos de la historia del automovilismo, el Autodromo Nacionale di Monza.
Llegamos al circuito el viernes por la tarde. La entrada desde la puerta de St. Giorgio es la entrada del parque de Monza. Para llegar al circuito debes pasar un parque enorme con campo de golf y cruzar el antiguo circuito oval… ¡demasiado tentador para ser cierto! El circuito oval está cortado por la mitad para dejar paso al circuito de F1, así que sólo pudimos hacer la mitad… ¿alguien nos cambia las bicis por un formula 1?
No teníamos mucho que hacer y dormimos en los campos cercanos al circuito sin podernos hacer una foto con algún cartel que mencione el circuito en grande, así que entramos al día siguiente a ver si nos podemos hacer la foto… ¡y vaya si nos hicimos la foto!

Solo podemos decir que casi lloramos de la emoción de conducir en el circuito, y aunque teníamos un límite de velocidad en recta… ¡nadie nos dijo nada de las curvas! Y no se nos ha olvidado tomar una curva en circuito 🙂
Ahora estamos de camino a Pavia donde veremos qué nos tiene reservados el destino de este viaje. ¡Os mantendremos informados!
